Arrived cold, not even slightly warm, COLD. Told the driver who suggested I call the shop which I did. The shop said it was probably the salad that had made the rest of it go cold, which I’m sure you’ll agree is ridiculous. The shop said they needed to speak with someone and call me back, guess what, no call back. Not using these again

I ordered a kebab WITHOUT salad and EXTRA meat and I received a kebab WITH salad and a little bit of meat!! Then spent half an hour to get in touch with the restaurant but phone’s busy. Won’t order again as it’s not the first time my order is wrong and nobody takes responsibility for it! Rubbish!

Arrived bang on time. Food was hot and the whole order was there and correct. Driver phoned me as he was leaving the store too which was a nice touch.
